We had the unique opportunity to work with the Free Masons in building out there new lodge in the Selkirk Building in downtown Spokane. This was another one of our highlight projects that we were able to work on from start to finish. The building had been previously gutted down to its basic frame, and some cool features were left behind, some of which were left in the final product. Antique Staircase bannisters, exposed interior brick walls, and 1900s era fire doors are among some of those features. Here’s a look at the initial state of the building:
Some of the major highlights in the renovation were the shaft for a new elevator, relocated stairwells, new room layout on the main floor, and remodeled storefront.
